We're pleased to say that delivery to mainland uk is FREE on our standard 2 day service.
We use ‘City Link’ standard delivery. We aim for our orders to be dispatched within 7 working days, delivery is normally within 24 hours after handling time. (Monday to Friday) Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day, any orders placed at the weekend will not be processed until Monday. (Not Bank Holidays - this will then be Tuesday)
We currently do not ship internationally.
If no-one is present at the delivery address, the item will be returned to the local delivery depot, you will be left a ‘we called’ card. Call the number on the ‘We Called’ card to re-arrange delivery or to arrange to collect the parcel from your local depot.
If you have received a ‘We Called’ card and you prefer to collect an item, please call your local depot who left the parcel to verify that the item has arrived back there before going to collect it, and to check opening hours. You will need to bring the card they left and one additional form of identification (such as a driving licence or household bill) bearing the address that the item was sent to.
If you do not collect your delivery within 2 days the item is returned to us. Unfortunately in this instance we're not able to cover the re-delivery cost and this would be charged to you at cost.
We can despatch orders to an alternative address other than the billing address - billing address must be the address that payment card is registered to.
Because we understand that it's not always easy to be available to accept deliveries, we offer a specified day service (Mon - Fri) for just an £5 additional cost. This service means that you can arrange the day for it to arrive - making it easy to work your busy schedule around the delivery.
We also understand that many people are at work during the day and not always able to accept deliveries, we appreciate your order and we'll do our very best to work the delivery to suit you. We know that receiving a card and having to go to the local depot isn't really that convenient.
Please call us ( 0800 876 0969) to discuss how we can help with special delivery instructions for our drivers, such as a safe place to leave it, with a neighbour, in a porch or shed etc. We're here to help and make your purchase as hassle free and convenient as possible.

Lost or Delayed deliveries...................
There are the very rare occasions when deliveries are lost or delayed, although we are pleased to say that this is once in a blue moon as we use Blue Chip national carriers. In this instance please contact us as soon as possible. We have 24 hours to advise the carrier of non receipt and we can trace the article on your behalf.
